Prior to filling out this form we ask that all applicants read the Pleasure Boats and

When completing this application form you will need to upload the following documentary evidence:
- A copy of the company public liability insurance schedule
- A copy of the relevant risk assessment
Licence fee
Licences run from 1st April to 31st March. For new applications made part way through the year, the fee will be calculated on a pro rata basis.
Payment of the licence fee to be made on completion of this application.
Licence start date
To allow us time to process your application and issue the licence, please select a date at least 2 weeks from today. For licences starting part way through a month, the fee will be payable for the whole of that month.
